    1. I have called this IRS no. twice…I want an appt. in Saginaw, because I don’t get any help when I talk
to the people @this no. First time I called(8-16-21)the lady said she would help…I was trying to find out where my Dad’s 2019 &2020 tax returns were. She said the 2019 return was approved but “on hold”?? She then said she got it released and I should receive it in 4-6 weeks and I would have to call back in4 weeks to get an update on the 2020 return. I called yesterday, and again, no appt. but he was going to check on them. He said nothing had been done on the 2019 return and he was going to send a”form”?? to someone and they would have to take action in 30 days?? He was going to check on the 2020 tax and HE HUNG UP….I WANT AN APPOINTMENT(I am also going to contact my Senator)
